Festivals and Programme Director
Charlotte has been working in the live entertainment industry for 8 years in France before moving to Leicester to study a masters at DMU. She since has worked for Big Difference Company for 6 years and progressed from the role of Producer to Festivals & Programme Director in March 2023.
Charlotte is responsible for the planning and delivery of Leicester Comedy Festival and the UK Kids' Comedy Festival and supporting Michael and the team in developing and engaging new audiences.
When Charlotte isn't at work she likes to socialise, go out for hikes and she is a keen seamstress!
