Leicester born and bred and with over 15 years of customer service experience, Cally is passionate about ensuring you get the most out of your experience whilst enjoying the entertainment the city has to offer.

When not at work, Cally can probably be found at a gig or having a cuddle with her two little nieces, Lily and Willow.
